Privacy

Short version: I use your details only to reply to you and to deliver what you buy.

What I collect

If you send an enquiry: your name, email, organisation and message. If you buy a Blueprint: your email and payment record (card details are handled by Stripe, never by me) and the project details you send afterwards.

How it is used and stored

Only to reply, deliver the work and keep business records. Enquiries are stored in a secure database (Supabase) and emails are sent through Resend. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Analytics

Page visits are counted without cookies and without storing your IP address; only the page and the referring website's name are recorded.

Your rights

Ask for a copy or deletion of anything held about you at richard@confidentialriskconsulting.com. I follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
